The Reciprocity Effect: Celebrating Support Staff at Harvard Law School

How a Harvard Law School graduate celebrates support staff and took it a step further with his unique non-profit organization.

This edition of Straight Talk! is one of inspiration and possibilities.

Rehan Staton didn’t grow up surrounded by a lot of opportunities. Raised by a single father and battling housing and food insecurities, Staton found it hard to focus on his studies and he didn’t always do well in school. Unable to get accepted into colleges that he applied to after his high school graduation, he went to work for the local sanitation company.

What happened next is truly remarkable.

To find out exactly what that was, click below to watch the video or listen to the podcast and learn how Staton’s life changed—and how he now helps change the lives of others. Click here to find out more about his non-profit organization, The Reciprocity Effect.
