ABCO Products Corp. has acquired Crystal Lake Manufacturing Inc.

ABCO’s purchase of the Autaugaville, Alabama-based manufacturer of cleaning tools and textile products expands the company’s product offerings. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
