American Paper Buys Cleaning Equipment Distributor

American Paper & Twine Co. has acquired RMJ Distributing Co.

American Paper’s purchase of Johnson City, Tennessee-based RMJ Distributing expands the company’s product and service offerings. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“We are excited to bring RMJ under the umbrella of American Paper & Twine,” said Bob Doochin, American Paper president. “In addition to being a privately owned wholesale distributor like us, they have the same commitment to customer service excellence that drives everything we do.”
