Brady has acquired Datek Inc.

Brady’s purchase of the North Little Rock, Ark.-based  distributor of cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies expands the company’s geographical footprint and distribution network. Per the terms of the deal, Scott Allmendinger and Kyle Allmendinger will continue in their current roles as general managers for Datek, while Michael Sills remains sales manager.

“Datek is such a strong and well-respected company,” said Travis Brady, CEO and president of Brady. “The team aligns well with Brady’s culture and market strategy. We look forward to providing exceptional service with little disruption to current customers and growing the business even more.”
