Brady Purchases MASSCO

Brady has acquired MASSCO Inc.

Brady’s purchase of the Valley Center, Kansas-based distributor of janitorial, packaging, and office supplies expands the company’s geographical footprint and distribution network in the Midwest. Per the terms of the deal, Tony Savaiano, president of MASSCO, will continue with the company, overseeing sales and operations in the region. Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.
