Hill & Markes Honored as Best Family Business

Hill & Markes Inc. has been named Family Business of the Year by the Albany Business Review.

Founded in 1906, the company is currently led by CEO Jason Packer. Packer represents the third generation of his family to oversee the company. He succeeded his father, Neal Packer, as the organization’s CEO earlier this year. Neal now serves as the company’s chairman of the board, while his wife, Andrea Packer, also is a member of the board. Jeffrey Finkle, Andrea’s brother, is the current president of Hill & Markes.
