Kärcher Purchases Vehicle Manufacturer

Kärcher has purchased multi-function vehicle manufacturer Max Holder GmbH.

Per the terms of the deal, Max Holder will operate as an independent subsidiary of Kärcher and retain its existing headquarters in Reutlingen, Germany. The purchase expands Kärcher’s offerings of landscaping, facilities management, and other municipal vehicles in Europe and North America, European Cleaning Journal reports. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
