Montgomery Manufacturing Purchases Carroll Co.

Carroll Co. has been acquired by Montgomery Manufacturing Co.

Per the terms of the purchase, Montgomery Manufacturing will relocate its private label cleaning chemical production to Carroll Company’s 135,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Garland, TX. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
