S.P. Richards Expands Leadership Team

S.P. Richards Co. has further detailed its new leadership team following its sale last month from Genuine Parts Co. to an independent investor group.

Last week, the company named Yancy Jones Sr. executive chairman, Mike Maggio CEO, and Nick Lomax senior vice president for jansan. S.P. Richards has expanded its leadership team with the following appointments:

• Jack Reagan, executive vice president
• Stephanie Moy, senior vice president of sales
• Bryan Hall, senior vice president of operations
• Doug Sawyer, senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer (CFO)
• Tom Maley, senior vice president of corporate development and treasurer
• Brian McGill, senior vice president of IT and chief intelligence officer (CIO)
• Jim Starr, senior vice president of human resources.
