ISSA Show North America 2023 has wrapped up a week of reflection, education, and celebration for the worldwide cleaning industry. The event kicked off on Monday with numerous educational sessions across nine separate topic tracks, as well as sessions that were offered in Spanish. In all, this more than 90 opportunities for education, certification, and networking were available to this year’s participants. On Tuesday, a special spotlight session took a look back at ISSA’s last 100 years. ISSA Executive Director John Barrett opened the session, thanking everyone present for their dedication and hard work. “You are doing something that truly matters in the world,” he said. On Wednesday, exceptional industry professionals and products were honored as several awards presentations took place, including the ISSA Residential Awards, the ISSA Hygieia Network Awards, the ISSA Achievement Awards, and the ISSA Innovations Awards.
