Newell Brands Inc.—a global manufacturer for commercial and institutional markets and parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products—has completed its acquisition of Sistema Plastics.
Newell announced its US$470 million purchase of the New Zealand-based food storage container manufacturer in December 2016. The deal expands Newell’s product offerings and global footprint.
