We are excited to announce that ISSA Show North America 2021 will be returning to Las Vegas, November 15-18, in the brand-new West Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The West Hall will allow us a fresh, clean, and modern space as we return to an in-person event for the first time in two years. We hope the space reflects a sense of a renewed restart for our industry after a tumultuous 18 months.
As Las Vegas continues to ease restrictions, we are looking forward to a very normal and safe event with all the elements our customers have come to expect at an in-person event—networking events, receptions, and parties.
In addition, the Las Vegas Convention Center is a GBAC STAR™ (Global Biorisk Advisory Council™)-accredited facility, and our official cleaning provider, United Services, is a GBAC STAR-accredited service contractor. Our customer’s safety is our priority.
You’re invited
Join us and be a part of the industry’s largest event for top-tier education, networking, and commercial opportunities to grow your business and to see the latest releases of innovative products and solutions. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to connect with more than 500 exhibitors, innovators, and experts in the commercial, residential, and institutional segments. We look forward to interacting with peers and trading best practices and lessons learned since we last met in person.
Opening day highlights
The show will launch on Monday, November 15, with a full day of education featuring four time slots in each of our eight tracks. In addition, we’ll be hosting our Monday Spotlight Lunch-n-Learn session. To conclude the day of education, join us for a happy hour on the brand-new terrace of the Las Vegas Convention Center with a unique panoramic view of the city skyline.
Then, the week will officially commence at the evening welcome reception at Beer Park at the Paris Hotel, featuring over 30 types of beer and games on the patio. Monday will provide the perfect mix of learning, networking, and celebrating our return to a face-to-face event!
Conference program
This year’s conference program will run through Thursday, November 18, featuring more than 60 sessions in eight education tracks targeting specific industry segments. Tracks include Business Development & Leadership; Commercial Cleaning; Distributor; Facility Health & Management, Health Care; Hospitality; K-12 & Higher Education; and Residential Cleaning.
In addition to educational sessions, you can sign up for any of our eight workshop offerings, some granting certifications upon completing the course. Register for the All-Access Pass to enjoy the freedom of joining all sessions within any track that interests you throughout the week.
The week at a glance
Tuesday will start with attendee orientation, followed by our opening spotlight speaker session. Tuesday evening will feature the ISSA Hygieia Network Awards Reception and the ARCSI Roundtable Discussions and Networking event. Both are available to all show attendees. We are working closely with ISSA Canada and are hopeful that we’ll be able to host the Tuesday Canada Night Social event on the beautiful new outdoor terrace at the convention center (dependent on Canadian travel restrictions).
Wednesday will begin with 8 a.m. education sessions, and then all attendees will come together for the Wednesday Spotlight Power Panel.
Thursday will open with 9 a.m. education sessions and ISSA will host its annual general business meeting breakfast. In the afternoon, we’ll officially wrap up with our Innovation Awards announcement and champagne toast, followed by a happy hour as the culmination of a great show!
Show floor happenings
We’ve been so grateful for the continued support from our exhibitor and sponsor community and are excited to feature these loyal customers on our show floor, open Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 a.m.—5 p.m., and Thursday, 10 a.m.—2 p.m. The show floor is home to more than 500 exhibiting companies and specialty pavilions. An industry united
The ISSA Show North America is the one week the entire professional cleaning industry comes together to learn and do business. The ISSA Resource Center on site is your place to meet with association representatives and members and to learn about what is happening with ISSA and within the global cleaning industry.
ISSA divisions ARCSI and IEHA, as well as ISSA charities, the ISSA Hygieia Network and Cleaning for a Reason, will also have events and programs during the show week. Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) will once again co-locate its Contracting for Success Conference and host education and networking events running alongside the ISSA Show North America.
