Transform Your Floors and Meet Your Expectations

Brulin Holding Company Products

This is a good-looking floor,” is a comment any facility maintenance professional aspires to hear. Whether it is a retail, school, office, or hospitality environment, one truth rings true, the appearance of clean starts with the floors. Floors give a first impression to people entering a facility and can shape their perceptions of the entire cleanliness of the facility
or building.

When it comes to your floor care program, you know what your expectations are—the end result you want to achieve. Brulin can assist you in meeting those expectations with our program to Transform Your Floors. We audit your current program, define your expectations, and deliver a program recommendation to meet those expectations.

Audit Your Current Program

Our specialists will conduct an audit of your current floor care program—equipment, frequencies, products, and dilutions. Each factor plays an integral part in a floor care program, with both labor and product costs having the most significant impact on your budget. Establishing this baseline is the starting point.

Define Your Expectations

In this step you identify which floor areas in your facility you consider best, good, and fair. Then we will show you current GU (Gloss Unit) measurements in each of those areas. And from there, we design a program that meets those expectations.

Meet Your Expectations

A program recommendation starts with the finish: Transformer finishes are available in three finish options based on solids, 25, 22, and 16. The difference in solids directly affects the number of coats required, impacting labor involved. A program that involves five coats of finish, can be transformed with three coats of Transformer 25. Eliminating two coats of finish saves 20 minutes of labor per coat. In addition to the finish, meeting expectations involves evaluating all the products in a floor care program, including:

Daily Cleaner—Premeasured packets, dispenser, and bulk options, offer varying use-dilution costs, Green Seal Certified products available.

Deep Scrub Cleaner—Premeasured packets, dispenser, and bulk options, offer varying use-dilution costs.

Floor Stripper—Options based on use-dilution cost, or price per gallon, whichever fits your budget constraints.

For facility floor care professionals, Transform Your Floors is a program that takes you through the steps to identify, define, and meet the floor care expectations of any given facility. Once implemented, our expectation is that you will hear on a frequent basis, “This is a good-looking floor.”
