Brady Acquires Maintenance Mart

Brady has purchased  Maintenance Mart.

Brady’s acquisition of the Arizona-based janitorial and facility supply company further expands the company’s geographical footprint and distribution network in the region. Per the terms of the deal, Maintenance Mart’s retail locations in Phoenix, Tempe, and Tucson will continue to operate under the Maintenance Mart brand, with the overall distribution and operations merging into Brady’s existing infrastructure. Shelley Riley, president of Maintenance Mart, will join Brady as manager of the company’s property management division. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

“Brady and Maintenance Mart have a long-standing relationship. With our already strong presence in Arizona, the addition of Maintenance Mart and Shelley’s vast experience will strengthen our commitment to our customer base,” said Travis Brady, CEO and president of Brady.
