Cole Supply Purchased by IFS

Cole Supply Co. Inc. has been purchased by  Individual FoodService (IFS).

According to Building Services Management, IFS’s acquisition of Cole Supply expands the company’s jansan product offerings and client portfolio in Northern California. Per the terms of the acquisition, Devin Cole will remain president of Cole Supply and the company’s staff will be retained. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
