Forbes Names Top Employers for Diversity

Ten ISSA-member companies have been named to Forbes’ 2020 Best Employers for Diversity list.
In compiling the annual index of 500 companies, developed in conjunction with search firm Statista, Forbes surveyed more than 30,000 U.S. employees on diversity, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, and disability concerns. The list also considers the composition of a company’s leadership team and its internal communication initiatives.
The ISSA-affiliated organizations that have been included in Forbes’ list for 2020 include:
- 3M
- Cintas Corp.
- The Clorox Co., parent company of Clorox Professional Products Co.
- DowDuPont, Inc.
- Eastman Chemical Co.
- Home Depot
- Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional
- Procter & Gamble, parent company of Procter & Gamble Professional
- Sodexo
- Wegmans Food Markets.
