Earth Friendly and Harvard Partner for Environmental Summit

Earth Friendly Products and Harvard University’s Office of Sustainability hosted the first-ever Harvard Environmental Action and Leadership Summit (HEALS) last week.

The student-organized, day-long event took place on the school’s Cambridge, Massachusetts, campus and was attended by students, faculty, and community leaders. Speakers included Kelly Vlahakis-Hanks, Earth Friendly Products; Sal DiDomenico, Massachusetts State Senator; Heather Henriksen, Harvard university’s chief sustainability officer; and Robert Stowe, director of the Harvard Project on Climate Agreements and the Harvard Environmental Economics Program.The conference was organized by Harvard Sophomore Anushka Bhaskar along with her mentor, Vlahakis-Hanks.
