Meet the speakers

Jeff Cross is the editorial director of ISSA Media, which includes Cleanfax, Cleaning and Maintenance Management, and ISSA Today magazines, and all related digital publications and products. He is the previous owner of a successful cleaning and restoration firm. Cross also works as a trainer and consultant for business owners, managers, and front-line technicians, and is an IICRC-approved instructor.

Mark Exner is president of Restoration Training Services. Exner began his career in the cleaning industry in 1974. While working toward his degree in law enforcement, he took a job in a hospital environmental services department and the rest is history. Currently, Exner instructs ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute’s Certified Custodial Technician and Train the Trainer programs, as well as courses in carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and more.
