Imperial Dade Acquires Wagner Supply

Imperial Dade has purchased Wagner Supply Co. Inc.

Imperial Dade’s acquisition of the family-owned and operated janitorial supply distributor expands the company’s footprint and customer portfolio in the West Texas market. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“We are excited to increase our presence in Texas and look forward to partnering with the Wagner family to capitalize on the many growth opportunities that we see ahead for the business,” said Jason Tillis, president of Imperial Dade.
