Imperial Dade Purchases California Distributor

Imperial Dade has acquired Area Distributors.

Imperial Dade’s purchase of the San Jose, California-based, family-owned wholesale distributor expands its West Coast presence into the Northern California market. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
