ISSA Hosts CIMS Workshop in African Island

February 19, 2020

Earlier this month, ISSA presented its first-ever Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) workshop in Mauritius.

CIMS Expert Lynn Webster presented a one-day workshop to Alpha Facilities Group’s management team. Alpha Facilities is one of the first organization in the region to achieve CIMS certification, demonstrating the growing commitment of the African cleaning industry to meet the needs of a more demanding customer base focused on sustainability, professionalism, and quality.

ISSA has planned multiple Train the Trainer courses for several African countries later this year, including Ghana and Nigeria. For more information about CIMS certification in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, please contact Manuela D’Agata at [email protected].
