KBS Acquires Hospitality Staffing Solutions

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has acquired Hospitality Staffing Solutions LLC (HSS).

The purchase of the Atlanta, Georgia-based HHS expands KBS’s client portfolio and presence in the hospitality marketplace. HHS has more than 1,000 client sites located throughout 38 states and Puerto Rico. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
