Sodexo Honored for Inclusion Initiatives

Sodexo has been named a top scorer on Working Mother Media’s 2019 Diversity Best Practices (DBP) Inclusion Index.

The DBP Inclusion Index ranks 150 international organizations on a variety of factors, including employee recruitment and retention, corporate culture, and transparency. Sodexo was named to the Index’s “Top 10 Percent” for scoring an 82%, among the highest of the organizations nominated. This marks the third consecutive year Sodexo scored above 70%.
