December 4, 2019
Tennant Co. has announced the first round of finalists in its Custodians Are Key recognition program.
Launched earlier this year, the program recognizes the work K-12 custodians are doing in schools across the United States. Parents, teachers, and school administrators are invited to nominate custodians for their efforts to provide students with a healthy and safe educational environment.
The round one finalists include:
- Natasha Fitzpatrick, Haines Borough School District, Haines, Alaska
- Mark Cease, Powell County High School, Deer Lodge, Montana
- Mike Bieser, Plateau Valley School, Collbran, Colorado.
Each finalist will receive a US$500 gift card. By May 20, 2020, Tennant will select a grand prize winner from a total of 12 finalists, who will receive a prize valued at $5,000 while his or her school receives $10,000.
