Veritiv Adds Board Member

Veritiv Corp. has added Stephen E. Macadam to the company’s board of directors.

Macadam has more than three decades of leadership experience in the packaging, building materials, pulp and paper, automotive, textile, chemical, banking, and electric utilities industries. He previously served as president and CEO of EnPro Industries Inc. from April 2008 until July 2019, and as vice chairman from July 2019 through February 2020.
