Throughout the year, the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) holds various training opportunities throughout the country, called Train the Trainer.
The Train the Trainer course is structured to help train and certify cleaning professionals so they can successfully implement training for their operation.
CMI has an upcoming Train the Trainer session schedule for February 2-4, 2016, in Las Vegas, NV, and there is still time to register for the class. If you need more reasons why attending—or sending employees—to a session can be beneficial for your organization, read the below questions, which are answered by Master Trainer Bill Griffin:
What can attendees expect from you as a trainer?
During the three-day CMI Train the Trainer program, I share more than 35 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in the cleaning industry with each attendee. My goal is to do everything I can to assist attendees in developing their own customized training program and materials they can use to improve cleaning quality and production.
What can attendees expect to take away from class?
This is a hands-on learning experience; we learn by doing. Attendees learn the necessary skills, techniques, and resources and go away with an in-depth understanding of how to develop and implement an effective training program for cleaning professionals in their organization.
As a trainer, what is your favorite part about teaching Train the Trainer?
I love working with other professionals in the cleaning industry and seeing them develop a clear understanding of the skills needed to put together training materials and programs that will make a difference in the lives of their attendees and their businesses. It’s great fun, and I truly look forward to sharing all the information and skills I can with each attendee during the CMI Train the Trainer programs. It’s great to be able to spend a full three days with the group, as it allows us to answer everyone’s questions and provide a tremendous amount of useful information that you can’t get anywhere else.
