LAS VEGAS, NV—Brady Industries, a full-line janitorial supply, equipment and food service distributor, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Cottrell to the newly created position of Sales Manager – Nevada effective immediately. Most recently, Brian has been the General Manager of Brady’s Reno branch.
In this new role, Brian will be responsible for overseeing sales growth and business development for all Nevada accounts while managing the sales representatives in both the Las Vegas and Reno branches. He will also drive business in key market segments and corporate initiatives. Brian will be based in the Las Vegas office and report to Ryan Banks, Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
“In Brian’s tenure at Brady, he has demonstrated outstanding success managing the Reno area and driving tremendous growth and market share penetration in that territory,” said Banks. “His leadership and initiative will be a great complement to guide our seasoned Nevada-based sales force and provide the resources and tools for continued growth and success.”
Ryan Banks, who has also been acting sales manager for the last eight years, will now redirect total focus on overall strategic direction and long-term company growth for Brady.
In addition, Alex Hay has been promoted from his role as sales representative to General Manager of the Reno branch where he will oversee day to day operations, manage distribution logistics, and be responsible for overall profitability and reporting. Alex will report to Travis Brady, President and CEO.
