George Oliver Named Johnson Controls CEO

Johnson Controls, Inc. has appointed George Oliver CEO and chairman of the company’s board.

Oliver joined Johnson Controls last year as president and chief operating officer when the company merged with Tyco International Ltd. He succeeds Alex Molinaroli, who is leaving Johnson Controls effective September 1.
