Growth Forecasted in Global Green Building Materials Market

The global market for green and bio-based solvents is expected to reach US$377 million by 2022 with a compounded annual growth rate—or CAGR—of 11.9 percent, according to a new study from market research firm Allied Market Research.

The report credits the growth to an increased public awareness and demand for green materials. Enhanced worker productivity and reduced operating costs also are expected to promote overall gains through 2022, Environmental Leader reports.
