My question is simple. How much should I bid for a 16,000 sq. ft. church with classrooms, six restrooms, a meeting hall, kitchen, bookstore, a baptismal pool, and offices?

Your question sounds simple, and, as it stands, it is. However, any janitorial pricing involves much more than you presented in it.

How often will you do this work? Exactly, what will you have to do in each area? How long will it take each time?

How much do you need to earn to cover your business costs and make a profit? If using employees, what are your costs concerning them?
