Nassco’s 19th Annual Trade Show Celebrates Customer and Supplier Roles in 60 Years of Company Growth

NEW BERLIN, WI—Nassco, Inc. presented its 19th Annual Trade Show and Customer Appreciation Event in their New Berlin, Wisconsin corporate headquarters and distribution center last Thursday.

The show featured an appropriate theme, “Nassco Through the Decades: Past, Present, and Future,” that celebrated Nassco’s 60th Anniversary in business. It showcased vintage 1955 industry equipment, encouraging attendees to “walk through the decades” of six aisles, one for each decade of Nassco’s history.

The trade show was attended by more than 600 customers and industry representatives and continued Nassco’s s focus of educating customers and helping them improve the productivity of their businesses and organizations. Customers were able to attend educational seminars and interface with manufacturers and suppliers about new industry innovations, technologies and product solutions to help them be more productive on the job.

More than 200 people attended the educational seminars, which included The Power of Team Cleaning, presented by ProTeam; High-Level Sanitizing & Disinfecting, by Clorox; and The Science of Grout Care and Restoration, sponsored by Windsor Karcher. Guests were treated to a complimentary lunch, anniversary cake, gifts and door prizes.

“This is our favorite event of the year,” indicated Nassco President Mark Melzer. “We are privileged to have face time with hundreds of customers, deepen those relationships, and let them know how very much we appreciate their business.”

At a separate vendor event the following day, Nassco honored manufacturer Andersen Company as Vendor of the Year, and Dave Krueger as Manufacturer Representative of the Year, representing floor equipment supplier Advance Nilfisk.

Nassco has been serving Wisconsin for 60 years with organizational productivity solutions. They are a recognized leader in the distribution of janitorial, packaging, food service and safety supplies and equipment, and the services that support these businesses.
