SC Johnson, parent company of SC Johnson Professional, has signed an agreement to purchase Method and Ecover, two suppliers of environmentally friendly cleaning products, from People Against Dirty.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed, according to Global Cosmetics News. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval in the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany.
Method is a supplier of biodegradable cleaners, laundry supplies, personal care products, and soap. Ecover is a supplier of environmental cleaning and laundry products and hand soaps with natural ingredients.
