Image One Facility Solutions is awarding two retired military veterans, Chris Norwood and Christal Madison, a commercial cleaning franchise each and recognizing them for their service.

Originally, Image One was set to select one winner of its contest held to “give back to veterans.” But the company’s founder changed course after reviewing finalists. “Chris and Christal were such wonderful and strong business-minded people,” said Tim Conn, Image One co-founder and president. “We had narrowed it down to these two finalists, but both were so superb, we awarded them each a franchise.”

Norwood is a U.S. Army veteran from Arkansas, while Madison served in the U.S. Navy and lives in Virginia. As winners, Image One is waiving franchise fees for each of the new owners. In the coming months, they will start their training at Image One’s corporate headquarters in the suburbs of Chicago and begin setting up their respective locations.
