Are you into savings? No, not the kind you typically think of. The world’s largest hotel chain has decided to eliminate small plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel from its guest rooms. When you think about it, this means some 500 million small bottles each year are eliminated from Marriott brand guest rooms.

It’s what you are no doubt gathering in your organization, but the challenge is understanding what to do with it and how to benefit from it. Here is some great advice.
