Coor Extends IFM Agreement With Volvo

August 31, 2022

Coor, a facility management services company headquartered in Sweden, recently announced that it had extended its current agreement with Volvo Cars.

Coor has been providing services to the Swedish luxury car manufacturer since 2005. The updated agreement extends the collaboration regarding integrated facility management (IFM) services, including cleaning, reception, service desk, and waste management.

The extended agreement, which begins on September 1, spans three years with an option for an additional two years and is worth roughly US$13.5 million annually, excluding additional variable project volumes.

“We are delighted about the renewed confidence. Flexibility, innovation, and sustainability are important parameters in the contract, and we look forward to taking our collaboration to the next level,” commented AnnaCarin Grandin, Coor CEO and president.

In addition to the extended IFM agreement, Coor also delivers property services, process decontamination, and process maintenance to Volvo at the company’s properties in Sweden and Belgium.
