Ecolab Expands Pest Control Offerings

Ecolab, Inc. recently expanded the company’s service offerings with the purchase of three pest elimination companies.

In separate transactions, Ecolab acquired Food Protection Services LLC; Royal Pest Solutions, Inc.; and Research Fumigation Co. LLC. The purchases expand the Ecolab’s client portfolio and geographical footprint. Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
