January 11, 2022

Employers required to keep injury and illness records, including those that employ building services workers, must submit the forms by March 2, 2022, according to a reminder from the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

OSHA began collecting employee injury and illness records from 2021 on January 2, 2022. To be compliant, employers with 20 to 249 workers in industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses must submit their form electronically.
