Enhance Quality Assurance Audits Through CBE Workshop

January 23, 2020

Are you empowered to conduct a consistent, quality assurance audit within your organization’s facility operations? Your answer will be a resounding “Yes!” after you attend the Cleaning Management Institute’s (CMI’s) Accredited Auditing Professional workshop on March 16, preceding the Clean Buildings Expo, March 17-18 in Baltimore.

This all-day, interactive program teaches the technical skills needed to perform a quality assurance audit and addresses the ethical aspects of responsibility. An accredited certification course, it’s ideal for custodial supervisors, lead workers, and managers, as well as distributor sales reps and industry consultants. Each certification is valid for two years from the date taken.

Attendees will learn how to define standards for quality assurance, utilize quality assurance tools, conduct a live building audit, and understand Q&A reporting

Register today for this workshop and for other educational offerings at the CBE.
