Floor Pad Manufacturer Acquires USCOA

Americo Manufacturing Co., Inc. has acquired the strategic assets of U.S. Cocoa Mat, LLC (USCOA).

Americo’s acquisition of the St. George, SC-based fiber door mat manufacturer includes USCOA’s DeCoir product line. Per the terms of the deal, Del Hawkins, former vice president of sales for USCOA, will join Americo’s matting division, leading the newly created hardware/retail business segment.
