Imperial Dade Purchases American Paper & Plastics

Imperial Dade has acquired American Paper & Plastics (APP).
The acquisition of the distributor of food service disposables and janitorial products expands Imperial Dade’s California presence and represents the 27th acquisition for the company under the current leadership, including the purchase of Wagner Supply announced earlier this week. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
“APP’s strong reputation and track record of outstanding customer service make the company a great addition to the Imperial Dade family,” said Imperial Dade CEO Robert Tillis.
