ISSA Show Education Sneak Peek: Blending Employee Generations

ISSA Show North America 2021, which will be held in-person this year in Las Vegas on November 15-18, offers myriad opportunities for participants to learn best practices for growing their businesses and developing their leadership skills.

The Business Development & Leadership Track, one of nine education tracks at the show, features sessions directly related to cleaning industry business owners. The courses offer advice on working toward diversity, equity, and inclusion in your company; managing underperformers; and delivering consistent customer service.

One session, Cleaning Leadership in 2021 and Beyond: Attracting, Engaging & Retaining 5 Generations, offers lessons on successfully blending employees of different generations—from baby boomers to Generation Z.
