Kimberly-Clark Announces New Chairman

Michael D. Hsu has been elected chairman of the board of Kimberly-Clark Corp., parent company of Kimberly-Clark Professional.
Hsu currently serves as Kimberly-Clark’s CEO. He succeeds Thomas J. Falk, who is retiring from the company and the board at the end of 2019 after serving as its chairman for the past 16 years.
