Meet the speakers

Jeff Cutshall is a Master Textile Cleaner and an Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)-approved instructor. He started his carpet and upholstery cleaning journey over 40 years ago and has been instructing, consulting, and traveling internationally as a public speaker for over 20 years. He teaches classes in both English and Spanish.

In addition to instructing, Cutshall and his wife have been operating their commercial carpet cleaning business Cutshall Cleaning Solutions in Kansas City, Missouri for over 21 years.

Jeff Cross is the Director of ISSA Media, which includes Cleaning and Maintenance Management, Cleanfax, and ISSA Today magazines and related digital publications. He is the previous owner of a successful cleaning and restoration firm. He works as a trainer and consultant for business owners, managers, and front-line technicians, and is also an IICRC-approved instructor.

Cutshall and Cross will teach participants about what carpet cleaning processes and products are best for their facility, whether they should implement low moisture cleaning methods, how to use modern technology to increase productivity, and which routine procedures will give them better overall results.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask the speakers questions about their specific carpet care challenges in a Q&A session during the program.
