Meet the CMM Restroom Care Webinar Speakers

Dirty, ugly grout and offensive urine odors can ruin restroom experiences in any facility. Cleaning and Maintenance Management’s October 15 Restroom Care Webinar features two experts to help you tackle these common challenges.

Stan Hulin has more than four decades of industry experience. He has worked for ABM, DuPont Flooring Systems, and milliCare Textile & Carpet Care. He is currently president and CEO of Future Floor Technology, Inc. and The League of Hard Flooring Professionals.

Hulin is a national and international consultant for chemical, equipment, and janitorial supply distribution companies and has conducted hard floor maintenance seminars across the globe. He has been involved with IICRC since 1998 and has held many positions within the organization.


Chris Wallace is an experienced operations and custodial management professional who has been making a difference in the cleaning industry for the past 18 years. For the first 16 years of his career, Wallace managed operations for building service contractors (BSCs) and served three years as editor of a cleaning publication.

Wallace is currently the assistant director of custodial services at Wake Forest University and also is the owner of Dynamic Cleaning Solutions. He is a consultant for CMI Cleaning Change Solutions™ and has been instrumental in training and successfully transitioning organizations that range from BSCs to large corporations and universities.
