Talk Infection Control Live With GBAC

Patty Olinger, executive director of the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a division of ISSA, will be a guest on the nationally broadcast Jim Bohannon radio show on January 14.

Tune in at 10:00 pm CST for an hour-long segment on a variety of infection-prevention topics, including the measles outbreak, tips for staying healthy while traveling, and more. Olinger will also be taking calls from listeners live on the air. The Jim Bohannon Show broadcasts on more than 500 stations nationwide from coast-to-coast via Westwood One Radio. Listeners can tune in and stream live via Newsradio 570 KLIF. ISSA will also be posting an archived version of the show at a later date.

And be sure to register now for the GBAC Bio-Remediation and Response Fundamentals Course on January 22 at ISSA headquarters in Northbrook, Illinois. This workshop will highlight procedures for minimizing the impact of the flu involving facilities.
