Danish Design Firm Acquired by ISS

ISS—a facility management service—has acquired Copenhagen, Denmark-based workplace management, and design firm Signal.

Per the terms of the acquisition, Signal will retain its current leadership team and operate as a separate business unit within ISS. Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed, European Cleaning Journal reports.
