Ecolab, Inc.—a provider of sanitizing, food safety, and infection prevention products—has appointed Jeffrey M. Ettingerindependent lead director of the company’s board.
Ettinger served as CEO of Hormel Foods Corp. for more than a decade. He succeeds Jerry W. Levin, who is retiring from the board after 24 years of service.
