The Road to Clean Leads to Las Vegas

Ready to see what’s next for the cleaning industry? Whether you’re a building service contractor (BSC), in-house custodian, or facility manager, ISSA Show North America 2025 is where you want to be.

This year’s show, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas from Nov. 10 to 13, is designed to connect you with the latest innovations, education, and people shaping the future of cleaning. ISSA Show will connect you with thousands of attendees from around the globe, all gathered under one roof. You will have access to hundreds of exhibitors showcasing the latest technology, sustainable solutions, and cleaning innovations, along with a packed schedule of certification courses, strategic workshops, and hands-on learning sessions. If your job touches the cleaning industry in any way, this is your moment to plug in, level up, and come away inspired.

Earn cleaning certifications

Keeping up with industry changes isn’t easy, but ISSA Show makes it possible. The education program kicks off Monday morning and runs through Thursday. You can choose from a variety of full-day or half-day workshops or certification courses, such as:

  • The Indoor Environmental Healthcare and Hospitality Association’s (IEHA) Certified Environmental Services Executive (CESE)/ Registered Environmental Services Executive (RESE) credential: This three-day program is ideal for facility service professionals in the healthcare and hospitality sector of the cleaning industry.
  • IEHA’s Master Environmental Services Registered Executive (MESRE)/Master Environmental Services Certified Executive (MESCE) credential: This two-day master’s program is designed for elite members who are committed to continuous improvement and professionalism in their field.
  • ISSA’s Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) Certification Expert (CCE) credential: This workshop is for professionals in the industrial, commercial, residential, and public venue cleaning industry who want to learn the principles of effective cleaning management.
  • Certified Workloading Specialist (CWS) program: Taught in Spanish, this updated course offers a workloading strategy with the ability to rebuild today’s cleaning culture toward
one of efficiency, innovation, balanced workload, and high-performance thinking.
  • BSCAI’s Bidding & Estimating Seminars: Held in conjunction with ISSA Show, the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI’s) Contracting Success 2025 show features two Bidding and Estimating Seminars. The 101-level seminar is designed for leaders and sales professionals who are ready to transition from residential and specialty cleaning clients to commercial janitorial customers. The 201-level seminar is intended for individuals seeking to enhance their best practices and elevate their skills to the next level.

Get on track for education

Along with workshops and certification courses, ISSA Show offers 30- to 60-minute education sessions, free for attendees with an all-access pass, in convention center classrooms and on the show floor. These sessions are divided into nine tracks.

The Business Growth track features 13 sessions, including a BSC Panel, “Develop a Winning Strategy for Employee Recruitment AND Retention,” on Wednesday morning. A panel of industry experts will explore recruitment techniques to identify and attract the best candidates for your workforce, along with best practices for building a company culture that values employee development and satisfaction.

Other track highlights include:

  • Business Growth Strategies: Becoming Closer to the Customer
  • Growth: Understand your Total Addressable Market and Build a Pipeline!
  • Moneyball Season 2: Harness AI with your Real Time Data to Increase Margins and Lose Fewer Buildings

Sessions in the Cleaning Insights track include “Maximizing Your Floorcare Budget with Sustainable Chemistry” on Monday morning. Attendees will learn about resilient floor care products that protect not only a facility’s flooring but also the pedestrians using it. Recognizing that traditional interview processes will not guarantee that you hire sales representatives who are the best fit for your company, the “Hire to Effectively Hire Sales People” in the Distributor track on Wednesday afternoon will demonstrate a proven process for hiring top reps.

Learn about environmental, social, and governance issues by attending sessions in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Sustainability track, such as “Mastering
Indoor Air Quality: Essential Data, Risks, and Strategies for a Healthier Environment” on Monday afternoon. Session participants will gain insights on assessing indoor air quality (IAQ) and selecting effective solutions to mitigate airborne infection risks in commercial facilities. Starting on Tuesday, visit the Sustainability & ESG Hub on the show floor for additional programming in this track.

The Facility Operations and Maintenance track provides sessions on a wide range of operational procedures, including restroom and floor care, recycling, and environmental
hygiene. The education is customized for various sectors within the cleaning industry, such as schools, healthcare facilities, and stadiums. For instance, Monday afternoon’s presentation,
“Healthcare Cleaning: A Specialized Discipline,” will explore the specialized field of healthcare cleaning, focusing on infection control, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

Education sessions in the Leadership, Career, and Talent Development track equip business leaders knowledge and skills they need to succeed. “Politics, Policy & Your Business:
What Cleaning Companies Need to Know” on Monday afternoon will help leaders understand and respond to the ever-changing political and regulatory landscape, from federal and state
legislation and regulations to labor laws and tariffs. For help on building your management team, attend “Reinventing the Manager: Lessons from the Bossholes®” on Monday morning.

Business owners can gain valuable tips for increasing their client base in the Marketing Strategies track. For instance, “How to Prospect in 2025 (and Beyond)” on Tuesday afternoon will
provide attendees with a clear, actionable path for generating a reliable and consistent flow of new prospects.

The Residential track includes “Residential Coffee & Conversation: Creating the Killer Culture for your Company” on the show floor Tuesday morning, where panelists will share strategies
for fostering a positive work environment, implementing effective communication practices, and fostering a sense of community.

The Technology and Innovation track delves into the latest advancements in cleaning equipment and software, with ISSA’s Innovation & Technology Committee leading several of the education sessions. Attendees can gain a good overview of the topic in the “Robotic Cleaning Devices, Capital Asset Management, AI-Driven Insights, & Cyber Security” session on Monday morning, where panelists will discuss processes for maintaining cleaning equipment, AI-driven insights, and the increasing use of robotics to augment human labor.

Network with purpose

One of the best parts of the show is the energy. Whether it’s at the IEHA Welcome Reception, the spirited Housekeeping Olympics, or over coffee at the CleanMeet Networking Hub, you’re constantly surrounded by people who get it—industry peers, new customers, mentors, and even future business partners. And don’t forget you can mingle at the Distributor, Facility Solutions, and BSC Lounges, right on the expo floor.

Don’t miss the ISSA General Business Meeting on Thursday morning, either. It’s your chance to stay plugged into what’s happening with the association and meet its leadership.

Seek innovation on the show floor

The show floor opens at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, and you’ll want to arrive early. Nearly 600 exhibiting brands will fill the space with interactive demos, new product reveals, and experts ready to
answer your questions. Be sure to explore the ISSA Innovation Showcase to discover the latest innovations in automation, compostables, and hygiene.

If ESG issues are on your radar (and they should be), visit the ESG Hub for insights into sustainable, socially responsible solutions. Don’t miss the Business Solutions Theater, where quick-hit
sessions tackle marketing, recruitment, and business growth ideas.

Watch a sales competition

The first-ever Global Collegiate Sales Competition (GCSC) will debut at ISSA Show, an exciting first in the cleaning industry! Modeled after collegiate sales competitions, this event offers college sales students the opportunity to dive into the cleaning industry through fast-paced speed selling, engaging role plays, and valuable networking with leading cleaning companies and their recruitment teams. Spanning two days, the inaugural GCSC will feature ten dynamic four-person teams representing colleges and universities from across the United States.

Plan your trip

ISSA members enjoy discounted ISSA Show registration, and badge pick-up happens onsite (no mail delays). If you’re flying internationally, you can request a visa invitation during the registration process. Hotels near Mandalay Bay are booking quickly, so don’t wait.

If you need to cancel, you have until Oct. 20. After that, registrations are locked in. Prices increase on Sept. 23, Oct. 25, and Nov. 8. Take advantage of the best prices before Sept. 23!

Make it worthwhile

Still deciding? This show is where the cleaning world gathers to share ideas, solve problems, and raise the bar. It’s not just another trade show; it’s a launchpad for smarter, cleaner, more effective
