Aspire Software’s cloud-based business management software centralizes your company’s data to provide you with greater visibility into job performance so you can make better decisions
based on data—not assumptions. Track employee performance, scheduling, and job costing to understand how your costs and productivity
measure up to past bids and future estimates.

Property Works, a landscape maintenance and janitorial company in southern Florida, turned to Aspire to help manage their business, which grew from owning rental properties to providing
landscape maintenance and janitorial services.

“We were already using Aspire for the landscape side, and we were already paying for and using that asset quite robustly,” says Dana Shaw, Property Works’ manager of operational strategy. “So it
made financial sense to use it on the janitorial and general maintenance side.”

A vital tool for sales growth

Property Works developed a sales performance incentive fund (SPIF) to drive sales during slower periods. The company previously managed SPIF goals using Excel spreadsheets but found a better way.

“With Aspire, we can compare (our numbers) from beginning to end,” Shaw says. “We created individual dashboard dials in Aspire so sales reps could see their goals and progress. They knew
whether they hit their goal without us talking to them about it.”

The company used sales dashboards for three months as a trial and grew 30-35%. “We had tremendous growth month over month,” Shaw explains. “We could see it in real time because
Aspire affords you visibility into your sales and operations.”

Centralizing core business functions

Aspire’s schedule board provides visibility into many areas, offering a centralized location for teams to access all areas of their business.

“There are many aspects of the system you can touch from the schedule board,” Shaw says. “You can easily see time, payroll, purchasing, invoicing, and cash flow—just in that epicenter, we’re running the core aspects of our business.”

From the schedule board, Property Works instantly moves visits, views trucks and assets, and creates issues directly from work tickets. Subcontractors also use mobile devices to clock
in and complete work tickets—a must for the company’s subcontractor-heavy janitorial services.

Aspire is the only end-to-end business management system that provides visibility into every aspect of your operations. With accurate and immediate job costing and real-time reports,
janitorial businesses can make informed decisions that dramatically improve sales, productivity, and profits.
