“With Aspire, we can compare (our numbers) from beginning to end,” Shaw says. “We created individual dashboard dials in Aspire so sales reps could see their goals and progress. They knew
whether they hit their goal without us talking to them about it.”

The company used sales dashboards for three months as a trial and grew 30-35%. “We had tremendous growth month over month,” Shaw explains. “We could see it in real time because
