VEO 2025: Liderazgo, Diversidad y Visión Para la Omunidad Hispana

La Conferencia Nacional VEO se celebrará en Chicago los días 29 y 30 de septiembre, coincidiendo con el Mes de la Herencia Hispana. Este evento se ha convertido en uno de los más esperados del año, con el objetivo de empoderar, elevar y celebrar a la comunidad hispana en la industria de la limpieza comercial.

En esta edición, la vicepresidenta de recursos humanos de 4M, Karina Villaseñor, destacó la importancia de reconocer la contribución de los trabajadores hispanos, quienes representan cerca del 70% de la fuerza laboral en la limpieza comercial en Estados Unidos. Su participación subraya el compromiso de 4M con la diversidad y el valor de dar visibilidad a una comunidad esencial para el sector.

VEO no solo es un espacio de reconocimiento, sino también de conexión. Reunir a líderes y empresas de distintas escalas permite intercambiar ideas, compartir prácticas exitosas y fortalecer una red que impulse oportunidades de crecimiento. The VEO National Conference will be held in Chicago on Sept. 29 to 30, coinciding with Hispanic Heritage Month. This event has become one of the most anticipated of the year, with the goal of empowering, elevating, and celebrating the Hispanic community in the commercial cleaning industry.

In this Industry Alert, 4M’s Vice President of Human Resources Karina Villaseñor highlights the importance of recognizing the contribution of Hispanic workers, who represent nearly 70% of the commercial cleaning workforce in the United States.
